I am a diagnostic radiologist and clinical researcher who is determined to bridge the gap between AI development and clinical practice, and I aim to optimize patient care by ensuring that innovative solutions effectively address real-world challenges in medical imaging.
Previously, I have collaborated with international multidisciplinary teams on several projects such as investigating imaging features of Infective Native Aortic Aneurysms (INAA) and contributing to Delphi consensus studies for clinical practice guidelines for diagnosis and treatment in this domain.
Currently, my focus lies on developing radiomics models to predict local recurrence from CT images in patients with lung tumours who underwent lung cryoablation in a multicenter collaboration including NKI, Institute Gustave Roussy, and University Hospital Strasbourg. I also participate in AI applications on MRI in neuroradiology tumour delineation and a radiogenomics initiative, in which I provide semiautomatic segmentation, particularly in lung cancer imaging.
