About

After I obtained my medical degree at the university of Groningen, I joined the Department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the NKI as a PhD student in July 2023. Under the guidance of Professor Beets-Tan, dr. Klompenhouwer, and dr. de Wit-van der Veen, my research focuses on the field of interventional oncology of the liver, with a particular emphasis on radioembolization. This promising area of study holds great potential for advancing liver cancer treatment, and I am dedicated to contributing to its progress and ultimately improving patient outcomes.
