About
I am a Master’s student in Computational Sciences, currently conducting my master’s thesis at the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI) in collaboration with the Computational Science Lab (CSL) at the University of Amsterdam. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, with a strong focus on applying computational methods to biomedical research.
My research, under the supervision of Stefano Trebeschi, focuses on modeling and simulating malignant pleural mesothelioma growth, integrating computational methods to study tumor dynamics, nutrient diffusion, and cell interactions. By leveraging advanced tools like CompuCell3D and FiPy, the work aims to provide insights into tumor progression, guide therapeutic strategies, and bridge computational biology with clinical applications.
